Arrived pretty much as the wind was going shitty. Chatted for a while about the seeming carnage of the day (plenty of broken kit!) and went out for a few runs despite it looking iffy.

Very frustrating with wind up and down all the time, and not enough for the kit I was on. Landed after only a few minutes, as did most others.

Had a choice of changing to bigger kit or heading to the Manor end where the wind is cleaner. I kept the wetsuit on and chose option B... see next report (it was far better).
